Shipping & Order Errors

If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call, chat, or email us immediately, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation. Red Dirt Archery will cover return shipping costs or provide a refund for shipping if we’ve made an error or if your items arrive damaged or defective.

Free Standard Ground shipping is offered on qualifying orders of $99 or more to addresses within the contiguous United States. The Free Shipping option will be available during checkout.

Products designated as Oversize or Truck Ship are not eligible for free shipping. Qualifying order total is before tax and does not include free promotional products.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-7 business days for ground delivery. Please note that delays are possible during peak shopping days or sale events. For orders that include products that are backordered, special order, or MTO additional processing time is needed before your order ships.

Orders received after 1:00 p.m. ET or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Business days are considered Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.
